Corcoran Jennison is committed to collaborating with communities and non-profit organizations to create successful projects that revitalize neighborhoods, provide housing, and generate job opportunities. As an experienced advisor, builder, and management company, we have partnered with local community development corporations to develop a range of properties, including The Townhomes on Capitol Hill – a HOPE VI community in Washington D.C. This community features a mix of low to moderate-income and market-rate units, with half of the units reserved for affordable housing. Our work on this award-winning project has served as a model for successful community revitalization, complementing the surrounding Capitol Hill neighborhood of single-family attached townhouses. We take pride in being part of projects that create sustainable communities and make a positive impact on people’s lives.
