Corcoran Jennison Hospitality provides asset and property management services for the hospitality industry. They have experience in managing hotels, resorts, golf courses, and conference centers with a focus on community, partnerships, and people. CJ acquired a historic mansion in Brewster, MA to create a seaside resort, resulting in Ocean Edge – a 426-acre hideaway with 100 vacation villas, a luxury hotel, a Nicklaus Design golf course, a private beach, pools, tennis courts, and a fitness facility. The property’s appearance was preserved, as it’s on the National Register of Historic Places, to honor the wishes of neighbors and maintain the character of the community.
